Motivation and objective

I am interested in complex questions that involve science and engineering. By seeking a PhD position I want to dedicate my time to solving problems that could change technology and may eventually improve our everyday life.

-        Polymer synthesis of monomers, polymers and thermosets. Photosensitive polymers, e.g. polyimides and precursors

-          Polymer characterization by FTIR (Tensor 37 Spectrometer), DSC (Netzsch
DSC 204, Germany), TGA (Netzsch TGA 209, Germany), DMTA (Rheometric
ScientificTM DMTA-V, USA), nanoparticle sizing (Horiba laser scattering
particle size distribution analyzer LA-920).

These skills and my research work can be applied in many fields like surface coatings, insulating formulations, adhesives, laminates, moulds, composite materials and lithography.
